The free forging of aluminum alloy is usually carried out between two flat die or mould without die cavity. The main difference between the die forging and the die forging lies in the complexity of the geometric shape of the die. Can provide length 7m, width 3.5m, thick 800mm, heavy 4T products. According to ISO9001, AS9100 (Civil Aviation), PrEN9100 (aviation), GJB9001 (military standard), ISO/TSI6949 five quality system certification selection supply. Except for the cross section area of 2618 alloy forgings, 93000 mm mm, the cross section area of other alloy forgings is 165000 mm.

The packing method of the Forgings:

1. Oiling and packing - suitable for small die forging and some large die forgings which are not machined on the surface by the buyer.

2. No oiling and packing - it is suitable for all kinds of die forgings for the surface machined by the buyer and the free forgings whose weight is less than 50kg.

3. Bare parts - suitable for free forging with a weight of not less than 50kg.


Introduction of equipment

6000 ton free forging press

The free forgings are single 4 tons, width 2.5m, length 10m, forging ring 3.9m, forging pipe diameter 700, 40 * 2200.


10000 ton multi direction die forging press

Die forging projection area of 0.33 square meters (aluminum), length 2m, width 1m, height 0.8m.


30000 ton die forging press

Die forging projection area of 2 square meters, 1.2 square meters (aluminum) (titanium, steel), length 9m, width 2.5m, height 1m.


5m NC diameter axial ring rolling mill

The diameter is 700 to 5000mm (height below 200mm) and the height is 80 to 800mm (below 2500mm).
