Product introduction

Aluminum alloy die forgings can be divided into open die forging, closed die forging, extrusion die forging, multi-directional die forging, distributed die forging and isothermal forging. The maximum length 9m, the maximum width 2.5m, the projection area of 4 mm, the superalloy, the titanium alloy and the steel forgings, and the projection area of 1.2 products can be provided. According to ISO9001, AS9100 (Civil Aviation), PrEN9100 (aviation), GJB9001 (military standard), ISO/TSI6949 five quality system certification selection supply. Note: the thickness of forging, when the forging is machined before heat treatment, if the thickness is less than half of the thickness of the original (forged), its performance is also suitable for the heat treatment thickness after processing.

Technological process

The packing method of the Forgings:

1. Oiling and packing - suitable for small die forging and some large die forgings which are not machined on the surface by the buyer.

2. No oiling and packing - it is suitable for all kinds of die forgings for the surface machined by the buyer and the free forgings whose weight is less than 50kg.

3. Bare parts - suitable for free forging with a weight of not less than 50kg.

Introduction of equipment

6000 ton free forging press

The free forging is 4 tons, with a maximum width of 2.5m, a maximum length of 10m, a forging ring of 3.9m, and a maximum diameter of forged tube of 700 x 40 x 2200.

10000 ton multi direction die forging press

Die forging projection area of 0.33 square meters (aluminum), the maximum length of 2m, width 1m, height 0.8m.

30000 ton die forging press

Die forging projection area of 2 square meters, 1.2 square meters (aluminum) (titanium, steel), maximum length 9m, maximum width 2.5m, height 1m.

5m NC diameter axial ring rolling mill

The diameter is 700 to 5000mm (height below 200mm) and the height is 80 to 800mm (below 2500mm).
